Process Complete
All Business looking to get a Mericn Made certification have to follow certain standards:
1. All material has to be 50% American sourced by cost percentage.
2. All manufacturing/processing of the product must be done within the United States.
3. All services rendered must be 50% done within the United States.
4. We require a list of manufactures, distributors product material sources to verify compliance.
5. We reserve the right to strip certification for any reason at anytime.
6. We also check for business character, any business that does not have common decency will be stripped or denied certification.
7. We may give your business a lesser certification or certify certain products as Mericn Made:
a. Mericn Business = all materials, production, distribution, services have to be 50% or more located or made in America
b. U.S.A. Based Business = a business hardhearted in America but, all materials, production, distribution, services have to be 50% or less located or made in America
c. Mericn Made = all materials, production, distribution have to be 50% or more located or made in America
8. If you have products that certify as Mericn Made, but your business in itself does not qualify as a Mericn Business then we will qualify only your product as Mericn Made and your business as a U.S.A Based business. If you do not qualify in any category we will certify you as a U.S.A Based business and will be denied. A denial challenging form can be filled out for all disagreed decisions.
9. We “Mericn Made” are the founders of this certification structure, we follow very strict rules to keep are certification a top-tier consumer guidance tool. Any false information can be subject to lawsuits, to include but not limited to defamation, damages, fees, and any other costs. We will work with your business if your standards change and will be happy to help guide you to a new or proper certification.
10. If we find that less then 10% of your products are not within the “Mericn Made” Standards we may still certify your business as a Mericn Business.
